The McInnes books (there are two editions of the one mentioned) are pretty
good. The basic tech info is, obviously, still perfectly good. The hardware
related stuff is getting a bit dated.

The best one out there is "Automotive Supercharging and Turbocharging
Systems--ATechnical Guide" by John D. Humphries (Motorbooks International,
1992), ISBN # 0-87938-657-6. Unfortunately, it's out of print, and
therefore one would need to find a used copy.

The Bell book is pretty much GARBAGE, it's marketing driven to far too
great an extent.
