Andrew if you are talking 14 inch rims then 195 60  is the way to go for
grip. 205 60 will work fine and look better however the grip limit will be
lower. You can still buy 205/215 55/50 tyres but they are expensive.
Remember the profile ie:55/60 is the % width of the tyre, thus the wider the
tyre for a given profile, the taller the side wall.
