[alfa] Milano battery strap?

Hello Alfisti,

my Milano is missing the battery tie down strap or bar
or whatever is supposed to be there.  Can someone tell
me, is it a universal piece I can pick up anywhere, or
is it a special Alfa only part?  If it is a special
part, does anybody have one sitting around they might
be willing to part with?
