RE: [alfa] Cats, again...

Will,

Try:
http://www.discountconverter.com/converters/alfa/alfa_direct_fit.cfm

I got one a few years ago from them and it worked fine, plus quick delivery.

Hey, gang -

The catalytic converter in our Milano has had its innards come adrift,
and Bill at Alfa Only tells me it's likely to try to spit'em out just
any time now, leading to immediate pluggage of the pipe and subsequent
stoppage of the engine. I must therefore get me another.

We went through all of this about four years ago, and the folks on this
forum directed me to an outfit that could supply an adequate product for
really cheap. Naturally, I have no record of who or where this company
might have been, and my online searches so far have produced only one
source that has turned out to be (probably) a scam, along with a dozen
other so-called "discount" joints who want more than the car is worth.
Anyone have a good suggestion? This will be a testing year, I think, so
just removing the cat innards won't help for long.
