To answer the question directly, no the two brands use a different bolt
pattern. That said, some of the aftermarket (not manufactured by either
Nardi or Momo) hubs come drilled with both bolt patterns, so depending on
your hub you may be able to do this.
As an aside, Nardi is currently in receivership and not producing steering
wheels, so if you would like one and can find one still in the distribution
channels, buy now or scrounge later.
