 The DMV's screw it up all of the time. My '64 Plymouth, 8 cylinder 
convertible is titled as a '66, 6 cylinder. I have to go to the police to have the VIN 
verified before they will correct it. They can't deal with the idea that '64 
cars don't have a 13 digit VIN.
