[alfa] Frothy Power Steering fluid

A while back i recall seeing a post about frothy powersteering fluid in a 
Milano fluid reservoir.  Today, my fluid was not only frothy but overflowing 
the reservoir.  It seems as though high pressure is being introduced into 
the reservoir.  Is there some type of regulator that is connected to the 
pump that may be out or is the pump bad or what ?
