[alfa] '69 Spider test of W / Wiper and part needed

Have vent cover cover off, but would like to see if windshield wiper
motor, etc. is functional before removing the unit. Wires to motor go as
follows (2nd color is motor wires): White to white; blue / black to
green; blue to red.

I hooked up battery charger with + to red and grounded = nada. Do I have
my answer or do two wires need to be hooked up at the same time?

Not expecting to get inundated with offers, but need the bottom plastic
case with the four swiveling outlets for the heater. One outlet is
missing and somehow they are molded in but swivel (that's a good trick).
Plan B is to check plumbing supplies, but would be sooo unoriginal.
