the vin is in the 1982 range according to Tabucchi,
ZAR116C00*00008001 through *00010500

you probably want to get the email address for elvira at fiat and ask her.
i have it somewhere, but would have to do quite a lot of digging to get
it. surely someone else has it in their address book.
