[alfa] 115 Front Lower "A" Arm Bushing Grease Question

Just finished up a complete rebuild of the front and rear suspension on my
1975 Spider and was wondering what type of grease to put in the lower A arm
bushings before I put the grease caps back on. The Spider Workshop manual
calls for NOVO: Calypsol AE63. I can not find anything on the net for this
type of grease and was wondering if anybody might know an equivalent. I ended
up cutting one of the old bushings in half to see how it was made. There is
no rubber in the bushing just two plastic (poly?) cups that enclose the inner
spherical metal part of the bushing with the whole thing surrounded by the
outer metal jacket. I took some pictures of the innards if anybody is
interested.

I did this a while ago on my 77 Spider. I forget what the shop manual said (it is a 80's era manual), I don't remember that name. I just used a generic wheel bearing grease, rated or front bearings with disks. So far, so good..

I would be interested in the pics of the internals.. have heard conflicting things about what's in there and how it's supposed to work. I did have about 1/8-1/4" of play in my originals!!
