This is a scam. 
I had someone offer money for my Mercedes although I had posted a question on a forum.
 
Was very skeptical and replied it wasn't for sale unless I got XYZ amount of money. A quick response was that he was willing to pay that amount. I asked where he is located.
 
The response: Nigeria
