[alfa] VW diesel

Have you heard the racket, smelled the fumes and seen the shaking of a VW
Golf TDI?

Until you see the badges, few of use would realize they are diesel.
Following in rush-hour traffic, no noticeable fumes, stopped next to them at
signals, little noise and no visible shaking.

No doubt diesels are getting better. I think heavy duty truck diesels are
still pretty noisy, but you already notice less exhaust than in the 70's. 

Technology changes.
