[alfa] fuel pump problem

A few folks made suggestions about the Facet pump on my spider that
apparently failed a number of times in hot weather. The problem was almost
certainly a fuse with an oxidized surface. I am not sure why it only gave
problems in hot conditions, but I replaced it with a new fuse and the pump
has not missed a beat since.
