[alfa] Check Engine Light and Temp Gauge Light

Hi All,
I am having an electrical problem that is frustrating like all electrical
problems. My check engine light is coming on and the self check is 1-2-1-4
(Temperture sensed by engine collant temp sensor above 140.3 or short circuit
to battery positive). Concurrent to this problem my red light on the temp
gauge is on constantly even though the temp gauge reads properly and the light
is on even when cold. I have replaced the temp sensor for the guage and the
light. I have not changed the water sensor for the injection system nor the
thermostat. The idle does seem a bit rough (800-900 rpm) which could point to
the water sensor temp sensor for the injection system. Any ideas out there?
I'm stumped!
