[alfa] 83 Spider Carbs or Bosch?

Andy -
The approach that the PO took drives me nuts. Has, what is probably a minor 
problem with starting, declares the Bosch system junk and wants to convert 
to carbs. Same goes with many conversions from the SPICA system.

If you want to modify the engine extensively, then carbs are more flexible 
and might be a good chioice . . . . . but not because the engine's hard to 
start.
