[alfa] Disassembling GTV-6 radiator fan

One of my radiator fans sounds like its bearings are shot, and I'd 
like to clean up my spare one before I install it--anyone taken one 
apart before?  I took the clip off the shaft, hoping the fan would 
just slip off the shaft, but it didn't.  Should I take the three nuts 
off the back side?
