[alfa] V6 front crank pulley removal

I'd like to replace the crank seals on my spare motor before 
installing it in the car later this month, and the first step is 
getting the pulley off.  I'm curious as to how I should deform the 
deformable locknut that's been deformed into a groove on the crank, 
as well as how I should hold the crank to apply appropriate torque to 
break the nut loose.  Also, will the pulley just come off, or is it a 
press fit?
