[alfa] Duetto roof (top) removal

Beatle, not too difficult. All you need to do is first take out any
stuff (especially including speakers) from the rear apron. Remove the
trunk latch assembly along with both side (B-pillar) panels, unsnap the
snaps, disconnect the center rubber top retainer (should you be lucky
enough to have one), armed with a 10 mm socket and phillips screwdriver,
crawl under the apron and remove the six 6 mm bolts and the two phillips
sheet metal screws on the ends. Finally, with a 13 mm socket on a short
extension, remove the top bolts on each side. You'll have to move the
top up and down a bit to get to the three per side, don't pinch your
fingers or hand should it not like staying in place. I leave the two
side bolts loose, then remove. The top will fall down slightly, but
reach in the center and pull straight up and the entire assembly should
lift right out. A  little heavy and awkward, but not bad.
