[alfa] Milano power steering pump

The power steering pump on my brother's Milano seems to be leaking 
fluid around the pulley.  Can these pumps be rebuilt [easily]?  If 
so, how does the price compare to that of a used pump?  Anyone out 
there have a used pump they'd like to sell for a reasonable price?
