[alfa] 74 spider sun visor

Hi!
  many years ago i did used the advice, probably from
  Alfa Owner to drill through the plastic mountings &
  metal shafts of the visor assemblies & installing
  small roll pins.  this worked for some years before
  they started flopping down again, some tightening
  could be done at the visor body side of the shaft,
  but wouldn't last long.

  a year or so ago, i again removed the driver's side
  assembly from the car, intending to devise some better
  clamp, but found the best solution: leave it off!
  the things aren't effective enough to make much difference.
