[alfa] V6 Liner Removal

Is there a trick to removing piston liners from a V6 block that are stuck?
There's no way I can figure to get a good grip on them, especially the end
ones, and I'm afraid that trying to pound them out from the bottom will only
damage and liner and the block.

What's the trick?  Heat?  Penetrating oil soak?
