Thanks for everyone help on solving my 94 164LS no starting problem.

Now I am facing my second problem:

 

When engine is hot, it is hard to restart when sit for a few minutes.  I
have to push in accelerator to make it easier to start.

If I restart immediately in a few seconds after shutdown, it start right
away.  The car just passed smog test today.
