Please inform about what you have swapped so far.

This problem has plagued me for a few years.  But it only happened
occasionally before.  Recently it has happened almost every times.
But then it went away for a while this afternoon?!

If you solve this one, let me know.  I have been through my entire 95 164Q,
literally, and have not solved this issue.  Have swapped everything.  I am
willing to have a more thorough discussion with you on thise if desired.
