Hello, sounds like you have a leaking master cylinder. You can replace the
seals and have the cylinder re sleeved if you want but a new master cylinder
is the way to go. When you bleed the rear brakes bleed from both nipples for
the given calliper at the same time . Also rear brake adjustment is critical
to pedal feel, so adjust them up then undo them until the pad just rubs the
disc. The brakes also may take a bit of time to bed in.
