[alfa] 24V hard start

He guys I posted this the other day but I think its worth mentioning again as
some of you seem to be going to great lengths to fix a problem which may be
inherent in the 164. The glove box book states that it may be necessary to
depress the throttle to assist in start up if the engine will not start 1st
time.
