[alfa] Hot restarts on V6 engines

Supposedly, opening the throttle on a FI engine has no effect while cranking.

On my 82 GTV6, a hot start could be impossible unless you opened the 
throttle wide open and cranked like a carburetor car that was flooded, then 
as you lifted off the engine would splutter to life. Weird.

For my 91 164L you don't touch the gas unless you are attempting  a hot 
restart after the car has heat soaked for 20 minutes to an hour. Then 
cracking the throttle while cranking is required and as you lift off, the 
engine splutters to life. Go figure. Before 20 minutes or after and hour or 
so, this does not work and the car starts normally as for all other FI cars 
I have driven, no gas, just crank until she fires.

The only other exception is the SAAB which will cut off fuel entirely if 
you open the throttle fully below about minus 5C (or possibly colder). Then 
a thermostatically controlled switch will cut fuel completely to allow you 
to clear a flooded engine under winter conditions. As you clear the engine 
you lift off and she fires.

Strange but true.
