Two things come to mind right away ...
1) Did you check the inline fuse that feeds the fuel pumps? There is a
single in line fuse holder right near the ECU and relays under the rear
parcel shelf. I've seen more than one of these melt. You can replace them
easily with a generic fuse holder found locally.
2) Check the ground for the fuel pumps. There are 1 or 2 black wires that
come up through the floor and are grounded under a Philips head machine
screw right next to the ECU as well. I've seen many of these that have
gotten corroded badly enough to break the connection. I've also seen cars
come through from the factory with these screws cross threaded resulting in
an intermittent ground, but I would imagine that this problem would have
been taken care of by now if the car has been running reliably all these
years :-)
LMK what you find ... there are other things that will cause the pumps to
not run, but these would effect the signal to the relays, so if you are
getting a signal out of the relay but the pumps are not running check the
above first.

Sorry to be so insistent but I need your help again.
In addition to my oil overpressure problem and filter blasting, I have a
starting problem.
When I turn the ignition key, the 2 relays close to the ECU click , but both
fuel pumps doesn't run.
I have run the spider (engine started and ran well until yesterday.) by
bypassing the pump relay. There was 12V in the socket for the fuel pump
relay,
and by doing a electrical plug, I was able to put 12 v to both pumps. So, I
was assuming that the pump relay was death. I ordered a new relay, not cheap
at all, and replaced it without any success. So I have to mention that I
removed the engine and tranny during the winter, so maybe I have forgotten
to
wire something. Also, the kinetic switch was removed in my car but the wires
are connected together.
I didn't have the wiring diagram for the bosch fuel injection, so, I and
loss.
Any test to perform to pinpoint the problem.
