[alfa] '69 Spider emergency flasher warning light

Though the warning light lens is spring "loaded" is there any reason for 
it to be? I gather its only function is to indicate when the emergency 
flashers are on. Yes, I'm aware the later and larger pushbutton lens / 
light is the on / off for later Alfa emergency flashers.
