[alfa] New door seals

I don't think that one wants to "cement" in place the door seals
on a Spider or Milano for that matter.  I've replace door seals on
both and all you need to do is remove the old ones and press
in the new ones, no cementing required.  The Milano (Alfa 75) door
seals come from Alfa pre-sized while the ones for the Spiders 
need to be trimmed.
