birthday today, July 1!

I wanted to send him warm wishes via the digest, so that those of you 
who know him and have benefited from his help (and terrible jokes) 
could respond in kind and send him a hello or a broken headlight.

Happy Birthday Gordy! You share recognition with Princess Diana, Carl 
Lewis, Dan Aykroyd, Debbie Harry, and Pamela Anderson. But I believe you 
are the only one who is turning 57 on this day &:-D.
