[alfa] Rainy driving

Alfisti,

we have been getting alot of rain here in Baton Rouge
for the last two weeks.  I think that some water may
have finally worked into the electrics somewhere. The
car runs like crap, but it runs.  When I start the
car, none of the lights come on in the test sequence. 
The buckle up light still comes on.  Yesterday the
lights came on when I started the car and the engine
was perfect.  This morning, no lights, crappy engine. 
Whats the deal?

Also, whenever it starts raining my seedometer starts
working again.  Any thoughts?
