[alfa] Alfa Wiki back online

A power outage, my server host on vacation, and ultimately a failed
fan and cooked powersupply kept the Alfa Wiki off-line for more than a
week.

Thankfully, I had some spare hardware, and getting it back online was
little more than swapping the hardrive into the new chassis and
editing a config file or two.

I'm probably going to invest in some more robust hardware, and
definately a UPS.  It was a difficult week living without my primary
email.
