[alfa] strange brake behavior

	Whilst driving home last night on the DC Beltway, the GTV starting pulling to the left which is odd but I thought it
was due to the crown in the road.  Then the pulling became more insistent and when I disengaged the clutch, the car
started to slow down instead of rolling along with pulling to the left.  Something was going on with the left front
brake.  The pulling became heavier and heavier to the point where I was going to pull to the side of the road and have a
look-see; I could start to smell "hot brakes" thru the open window.

	I used the engine to slow the car (only going around 10 - 20 mph) and not use the brakes; then the pulling started to
fade...fade ... fade ... until there wasn't any pulling at all.  But when I tried the brake pedal, it sank to the floor
with little effect, as if I had lost a brake circuit.  I could pump up the brake pedal but letting up on the brake and
then trying the brake again, the pedal sank to the floor.  After another 5 minutes of crawling along the Beltway the
brake pedal started to feel firm again and by the time (10 minutes) I got home it was normal.

	The engine temp gauge never went about 180 F and opening the hood, I found the brake reservoir full.  Using a
flashlight, I checked the brake calipers for leaks and couldn't see any.  Got my instant read thermometer and the
engine/radiator was around 180 and the master brake cylinder was clocked at 135 F.  I have ATE "racing" fluid (blue) in
the brakes.

	All the brake flexible lines have been replace about 2 years ago with SS units.

	Does this sound like an over heating problem?
