[alfa] starter solenoid/relay

Hi Shawn,

A few years back I had a similar problem. Did it the expensive way by 
replacing various bits, having no idea what the solenoid did. In the end, 
the car wouldn't start at all, and the solenoid was the only bit left, so I 
checked it out. Sure enough, the internals were all rusted out.

The moral of the story is (and Jason's email reminded me of this) make sure 
you don't already have one in there. Make sure the one you buy is sealed 
with rubbery stuff at the base of the housing (where the connectors are) - 
my first (VW/Audi) one was not, which is why it rusted. The current one 
(also VW/Audi) is sealed.
