It is only the plastic part so you can re-use the metal tabs.
No need to spend $7.65 ... these are $3.65 each (but they are not listed in
the catalog).

I have replaced many and carry a couple of spares as the design is pretty lame
and the plastic clips tend to crack over time.

IAP lists them but they are $7.65 each.  12 needed makes that $91.80 ouch.
This is why my top boot sits in the garage.
