[alfa] GTV6 rear shock mounts

Dom,

One woulda thunk that Alfa would have put an access hole for the rear shock
top mounts in the Alfetta GT/GTV6.  They didn't in the Alfetta, so I'd
assume they didn't in the GTV6, either.  That was one of the most
aggravating jobs I can remember, reaching in with a wrench at the front
corner of the hatch, inside a tiny  opening, finding the top of the shock
tower by feel, and getting about 1/8 of a turn at a time on the wrench.  If
there was an easier way, I didn't know it and wouldn't want to find out
about it now.
