[alfa] Milano Rear Calipers, stuck piston



Here's one I'm afraid will be costly.  I can't get the inner piston to go in
far enough on the driver's rear caliper.  Turning the screw CCW moves the
piston out, turning it CW pulls it in.  Even with the assistance of a very
large pry bar pushing the piston in, with about .2" to go the adjusting screw
comes to a halt.  Much like if it bottomed out, and won't turn anymore.  I can
turn the adjusting screw CCW and watch the piston move out, then turn it CW
and watch it move in until the screw "bottoms out".  So the mechanism is
apparently working, just not working in the range I need it to!

Does this mean something in the mechanism is hosed?  Is there a trick to
getting the piston to go in more.  At this point, the piston still needs to go
another .2" to allow for the new rotor and brake pad.  I mean, it isn't even
close...

Incidentally, the passenger's rear caliper worked as expected.  Both inner and
outer pistons moved in far enough to get the new rotos and pads in.  Not a
problem at all.
