The fuel cutoff suggestion is a great one to check to get the engine running.
Follow those previous instructions.
Then, go the tech section of the AROO (Oregon chapter) web site and look up
the SPICA Tuneup Section. It's a great way to adjust the SPICA pump using only
normal garage tools (screwdriver, feeler gauges, beer). Go here to find it -

If you don't do your own work (or are a little cautious about the SPICA),
give the instructions to your local Alfa mechanic and they can follow them.
