Forget the cardisc scans Gwynne, you can't enlarge what wasn't there to start
with. Two recommendations. Someone on the AlfaBB has done a quite brilliant job
of re-drawing most Alfa wiring diagrams into a modern and easily readable
format. They're also PDFs so that you can actually zoom in on them. The list is

Also Centerline will sell you an enlarged easily-readable copy that's been
laminated so that you can mark it up in ink and then erase later.
