[alfa] Turn signal switch rebuild

Ed - Remove the plastic steering column cover and take some electrical 
cleaner spray and just clean it out real well. It probably just has a lot of 
grease fouling the contacts. When done very lightly grease the turn signal 
stalk return spring that wraps around the steering column. I'll be that 
works.
