Having just bought a car on eBay, I would agree, especially with number 1.
The car is always going to look better in pictures.  That said, I was
extremely happy with my purchase, but then I bid low and was surprised that I
was high bidder.  I would be comfortable buying an Alfa only if the seller was
a "Alfa person" and I felt comfortable after talking to him/her.
