[alfa] spider distributor hold down clamp

Thanks to all that reminded me that the distributor is only a distributor - no
advance, etc. - and only needs to have the rotor point at the alignment mark
on the distributor body when piston one is at top dead center on the
compression stroke.

The spider started first try.
