I think peoples reliance on email is a bit too much in this day and age when
a simple phone call will resolve the issue quickly.

I've always had great service from IAP.

Ok, no for a real question. I've got a bit of play in my steering box. It's a
Burmann. I know that you can remove some of the shims but this does not always
work. I also know that I do need to replace a couple tie rod ends so this is
probably contributing to the play. My question is: is there another place on the
steering box I can look to tighten it up? I heard there was another adjustment
aside from the shims.
