[alfa] 164 Ball Joint bolts.

Well I managed to break 2 of the ball joint bolts tonight while torquing 
them down. I have the wrench set at 42ft-lbs.Spec is 36.9-44.3. and Both of 
them snapped before I reached full torque. The head has a couple markings 
one is 16.9 and the other may be 0BV, 03V, 06V, or 08V
Are these bolts any special grade? Can I replace them with anything? I would 
really like to get this project done tomorrow so I can get an alignment done 
on the one side where I replaced the tierod end. Being it's a holiday 
weekend my options for both the bolts and the alignment are very limited.
