Just was looking at a Harbor Freight catalog,  they have a "Portable Car 
Garage" on the cover...

Looks sorta like a Qonset hut, rounded roof, straigher sides..  "8mil 
vinyl laminated to rip stop polyester.. 
anchors for dirt or asphalt..  16' 9" L x 8' 10" W x 7' 1 2" (?) H"  
Kinda a fugly grey silver color,  looks to
have some kind of tube frame inside.. Plastic siding goes all the way 
(or within a inch or two) to the ground.
$160, on sale.

Guess that could work if your neighbors won't freak out over it..
