[alfa] Musty smell

Looking for suggestions on how to clean old car musty smell from an 87
Milano that just came up from Ca. There are two issues, first is the smells
from the vents when the a/c is on.  Is there a filter in that system? If so
where? Second the leather seats are dry and hard from the sun and they seem
to smell musty, too. 

 

Great car, drives well just can stand the smell and I don't want to use
cover ups if possible. Help!
