[alfa] GTV-6/Milano brake MC rebuild

My brother is trying to rebuild a Milano master cylinder, and asking 
me how to do it over the phone, but having never done it myself (I 
did the clutch MC once...) all I can tell him is "take it all apart," 
which apparently isn't all that helpful.  Can anyone refer me to a 
FAQ or something that explains how to get the pistons, etc. out of 
one of these cylinders?  It's probably the same one as a '79 Alfetta 
or an Alfa 90, if that helps.
