Secondary note on Fluke meters.. it would be worth a trip to their website, since they do have "specialty" models, including a few for automotive use. Never was looking for that when I've been looking, so I'm not sure what, but I'd imagine dwell, RPM, etc, that you might find handy and not on a regular DMM..
