The paragraph for the test results does mention a condition called "solvent pop" and the ring formation after 2 months of exposure, which is unacceptable. They tried POR-15 full strength without dilution and the solvent pop was still there. ALSO the cure time is too long. Of course this is only a major concern if you are working an area where surface quality is important(hood, roof top, fenders, etc).
Again, there is cheaper alternative and seemingly better product out there. I have some rust work and I'll go with the Eastwood product with the conclusions from this article. If people are loyal to POR, that's fine.
