[alfa] removing glued-in glass

Someone asked the other day about getting the glued-in windshield out of a
GTV. I don't recall seeing any responses, but I might have missed them.
I've had glued windshields taken out of my GTV and Berlina, and my glass
shop, which is pretty experienced with Alfas, said they were both quite
tough, though both came out without breaking.  It's not something I'd want
to try at home.
